The director of the country’s foremost independent research facility, Oglias Sinn enjoys world-wide recognition for her brilliance, as well as her cold and ruthless business acumen. Oglias has heard rumors of the ground-breaking genetic experiments of Dorian Smartley (Angelcheeks’ father) and desperately wanted control of it for the profit and to impress the Company’s owner, her critical father, Blakus Sinn. Smartley, however, constantly refused her offer of employment, right up to the time of his mysterious demise. Refusing to be robbed of learning Smartley’s process, Oglias has been able to confiscate only parts of Smartley’s formula and has relentlessly tried to abduct Angelcheeks to garner the rest of it.
